RBG says women are being “tossed to the wind” in Supreme Court birth control case

The Trump administration expanded exemptions for conscientious objectors to contraception coverage under the Affordable Care Act. Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and others seem to feel the previous exceptions sufficiently balanced religious freedom and women’s rights.
